Did you like the product you ordered? If you're not completely satisfied, we have a simple return policy for you.
How long is the return period? Also, do you charge for return shipping?
We accept returns within 30 days after the arrival of the product as long as it is in the same condition as new (some products are not eligible for returns).
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot accept cash on delivery returns.
For orders that use return shipping insurance (100 yen), if you are returning a product that can be returned for the first time, we will fully compensate the customer for the return shipping fee. If you have not pre-purchased return shipping insurance, or if you are making an additional return, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I process a return?
1. Log in to your BAMBOOST account.
2. Find the order in "Order History" and click the "Return" button.
3. Select the item you wish to return, state the reason for the return, and proceed to the next step.
Four. Choice of return method: Use Yamato's pickup service or ship by yourself.
Five. If you choose to use pickup, please carefully pack the returned item and wait for the courier to pick it up.
6. If shipping by yourself, please choose the carrier at your own expense, use the original packaging, and write the authorization number (return ID) on the shipping label. After returning the item, please submit the tracking number or receipt of the shipment to "Returns/Refunds" in "Order History".
Can I return items that are damaged or have the tags removed?
Items marked as non-returnable and free gifts cannot be returned.
- Please do not return to the address indicated on the package. As this is not a return shipping address, returns may not be processed or may be delayed.
- Be sure to check the items to be returned in advance. We will not be held responsible for items that were not purchased through the BAMBOOST web app and are mistakenly sent for return.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact BAMBOOST Customer Service within 24 hours of receiving the item.
How will refunds be processed?
Your returned item will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. You can choose to refund to your BAMBOOST wallet or the payment account you used when ordering.
If you ordered by "convenience store" payment, the refund will be made only to the BAMBOOST wallet. In addition, the shipping fee and return shipping insurance fee that you have paid cannot be refunded.
